My copilot is applying to less than 20/50 jobs per day
Your copilot applies up to 20/50 jobs per day depending on the available live jobs.
After you activate your copilot, it will naturally hit 20/50 applications in the first days because it applies to all existing live jobs that have been posted before you joined. But once it's done applying to this backlog of live jobs, it will only apply to new jobs that have been posted in the past 24 hours.
Depending on your search criteria, it is normal that there may not be 20/50 new jobs posted each day. Hiring is cyclical, there could be weeks/days when employers post a lot of jobs and others when it's less.
Also do review your copilot configuration on steps 1 and 2 to ensure the keywords you used don't narrow your job search too much.
My copilot is applying to jobs that are not relevant for me
To improve the job matching, you can use the feature "Increase Job Match" on Step 2 of the copilot configuration.
With this feature activated, your copilot won't apply to jobs for which you don't fit the requirements, such as language requirements, industry requirements, years of experience.
The jobs applied will more closely match your profile.
If you have already activated this feature, then try increasing the threshold to the highest level of matching.
My copilot is applying to jobs in countries I'm not interested in
In step 1 of your copilot configuration, make sure you selected which countries you want your copilot to apply in, for remote jobs and in-person jobs.
Do automated job applications really work?
Absolutely! They are essentially the same as if you would do the application process manually, except the person doing the applying isn’t you but your AI copilot. It helps you be more productive and efficient. You are able to send a much greater number of applications than you would be able to manually.
Does the copilot mass-apply to jobs?
This is entirely defined by you. You are able to configure and narrow down the job search so that your copilot only applies to a few very relevant jobs. However if your objective is to mass-apply then you can keep your job search very generic.
How many jobs does the copilot auto-apply to?
With the Premium version, your copilot can auto-apply to up to 20 jobs per day. The Elite version increases this limit to up to 50 jobs per day.

For example if you are looking for a Project Manager jobs in the Logistics industry, then you can configure your copilot to search for “Project Manager” job titles where the job description must include the word “Logistics”. If your job search copilot finds Project Manager jobs that do not contain the word “Logistics” in the job description then it won’t save them.

By applying directly through company sites and career pages, we ensure that every application is for a real, authenticated position.
How does the copilot auto-fill job applications?
During the initial setup, you’ll upload your CV and answer standard screening questions. Your copilot then understands the various questions and fields on official application forms. It auto-fills accurate responses based on your initial information, generating human-like text answers directly related to the data you provided. It does not invent information about you.
Are user accounts created on company career pages?
No, the company career pages do not require a user account to be created to apply for jobs. They need an application form to be filled in with your information and CV uploaded, which is what your copilot takes care of.
Which resume is used for each application?
The resume used is the one you upload to your copilot.
To use different resumes for different job searches, you can create multiple copilots.
Each copilot will use the resume you uploaded to apply for all jobs that match the criteria of that copilot.
Does the copilot modify or tailor my resume for each application?
No the copilot does not automatically tailor your resume for each job, so it is advisable to use a resume that is relevant to the jobs you are targeting for each copilot.
Why is salary information requested in the screening questions?
Most job application forms require you to enter your last salary and expected salary. However if you prefer not to disclose this information, you can simply enter “1” in the salary fields.
This ensures the copilot can successfully complete application forms when it comes across a mandatory salary input field.
How does the copilot know enough about me to complete my application accurately?
Over time, it also learns from any edits you make, allowing it to improve how it answers future questions on your behalf.
How does the copilot learn from my edits?
If you choose to review applications instead of auto-applying, your copilot remembers any edits you make to the answers and adapts to your tone and style. You can also edit the answers to past questions by reviewing past applications. Over time, your copilot learns how you prefer to answer. Once you’re confident, you can switch to "auto-apply" and your copilot will continue applying the way you’ve taught it.
