My copilot is applying to old/closed jobs
Your copilot only applies to open jobs. We source listings directly from employers' Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS), which means if a job is closed, copilot will not apply to it.
Sometimes, a job may look "old" because:
- The posting date on the job sites appears to be weeks ago, but the job is still open.
- The employer may have posted it a long time ago but is continuously hiring for the position.
- Employers may remove listings from job sites to cut costs, but the role remains active on their own ATS.
💡 Important: Just because a job isn’t visible on job sites doesn’t mean it’s closed. Most of our data comes from the employer's own system, where the job is still live.
