Not receiving enough interview requests

However, interview outcomes depend on many factors beyond the copilot's control, like market conditions or job fit.

While copilot helps streamline your applications by applying to jobs that match your profile, the final decision always rests with the employers.

Employer response time really varies from person to person, company to company, whether the company is urgently hiring or not, whether your profile fits exactly what the hiring manager wants, etc.

If your profile is a very good fit to the jobs that you are applying for then usually within a few weeks you should start hearing back from some of the jobs you applied to.

Here's what you can do:

1) Keep an eye on your email, including the spam or promotions folder as some employer emails could end there

2) Connect with HR/recruiters in the companies you have applied to in order to follow-up on your application.

You can use the "Connect with Recruiters" feature on your Application Tracker.

Click this icon on any job to view the Linkedin profiles of the HR/recruiters from that company.
